Day of the Dead Table - for Andrea

Gaudy Victorian Bird Bath

The three foot high birdbath is made of various 1/2 inch thick luminous glass and two Greek tiles.  There is dichroic glass pouring down the water ball.  

Commission - Byzantine Madonna and Baby Jesus

This project took me over five weeks working 4 to 8 hours a day.  It is made of unglazed French porcelain, smalti golds, stained glass, church glass from Australia, and Van Gogh glass.  I would charge three times as much as I did - but it was a wonderful training for me.

Dante the Leonberger

Dante is a huge beautiful Leonberger - my first - never met one before.  He belongs to the photographer who takes professional pictures of my mosaics. 

Orchid Bench

Commission for Yunor and Greg - took forever!!  But learned a lot - all stained glass and beautiful Japanese high fired tile.  Concrete bench - took new raw (unfinished) bench - stained and sealed.

Matt and Kim's Tissue Box

Beautiful glass and gold tiles (white and green; green, gold and white; and white and azure blue - gold smalti - two colors of grout - blue and green).  This is a present for my mother and father in-law.  Matches their bathroom I hope!
